Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - West Enfield, ME

Soliant

Job Description

Job Description

Make a direct difference in the lives of students as a Speech Language Pathologist working in a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity is available for both full-time and part-time professionals for the full school year, serving a dedicated caseload of 20 students in need of skilled evaluations, targeted interventions, and collaborative support.

Ideal candidates bring talent and passion for providing high-quality speech and language services to school-aged children. Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise will impact student success and communication development. This position not only involves direct therapy and comprehensive assessments, but also participation in multidisciplinary meetings, ensuring each student’s needs are addressed holistically.

Take advantage of innovative telepractice options, as vocal teletherapy (VOCO) is actively encouraged for eligible students—blending technology with your clinical skills to provide flexible and effective support.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • CCC or CFY eligible
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
  • Comfort with or interest in VOCO/remote therapy

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services (in-person and/or via VOCO)
  • Attend IEP and student progress meetings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Enjoy the benefits of a flexible contract structure that accommodates your availability, whether you prefer full-time or part-time work.

Embrace a rewarding role that truly changes lives. Apply today to join a mission-driven team and lend your expertise to help every student reach their greatest potential—on campus or from wherever you are.
