- 8-10 weeks of hands-on experience in all aspects of JR's Landscape Services business.
- Rotate across departments and divisions. Become diverse in knowledge and behind the scenes of the business.
- Learn Sales, Plant Knowledge, Installation, Maintenance, Marketing, and more.
- On the job training with real responsibilities.
