We highly value our employees and provide them with amazing benefits, a family-like culture, and a positive work environment!Job OverviewThe key responsibilities of this role include driving a forklift, receiving & processing different flooring materials, inventory control, and loading material onto the vehicles of our subcontracted flooring installers.The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be reliable, punctual and dedicated. He or she wants to be part of a fun and hard-working warehouse team that plays a key role in our company's success.ResponsibilitiesReceive, process, and unload flooring materials from trucks.Measure, cut, and label flooring products for orders.Prepare and load subcontractor vehicles with materials and supplies.Maintain accurate inventory and perform inventory control activities.Keep the warehouse clean and safe at all times.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications2+ years of warehouse experience.Basic math skills to measure products accurately.Experience with inventory control, receiving, and cycle counts.Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. repeatedly.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities.Forklift certification is a plus (not required).Real Floors, Inc. & Real Floors Commercial, Inc. provide equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
