Office Manager for Tampa Law Firm. The Office Manager ensures the smooth, efficient day-to-day operation of a 15-person office. This role calls for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Working closely with and under the direction of the Firm's Managing Partner. The Office Manager oversees administrative and human resources functions in the , supporting productivity and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

* Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.

* Assist in employee benefits administration for Tampa employees.

* Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

* Assist in maintenance of employee records and personnel files.

* Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Administrative Management:

* Oversee office maintenance and repairs.

* Coordinate office moves, relocations, and renovations as needed.

* Manage office layout and space allocation.

* Maintain office records and files.

Office Operations:

* Supervise and manage office staff, including receptionists, paralegals, and administrative assistants.

* Assign and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

* Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

* Coordinate office events and meetings.

* Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Technology Management:

* Manage office technology, including computers, phones, and software.

* Coordinate IT support and maintenance.

* Coordinate data security and backup.

Financial Management:

* Payroll

* Assist main office with accounting as needed.
