PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Packaging Facility in Glasgow, KY. We are now accepting resumes for Pallet Builders, Warehouse Associates who are team players, versatile, and dependable! Hours & Shift: Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Overtime is mandatory) Days: Monday thru Friday

Job Summary (Warehouse Associate):

• Stack and organize products, materials, and inventory within the warehouse.
• Pack products securely for shipment according to company standards.
• Prepare, label, and verify outgoing shipments.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual labor as needed.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work areas, depending on the facility.
• Exposure to wood dust, noise, and vibrations from power tools and machinery.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
• Basic math and inventory skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
