Physical Therapist - Local Contract

WCS Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in CT. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with PTAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Job Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy
Current state PT license (or eligibility)
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or specialty settings is a plus
