Visual/Motion/Prototype Designer Hybrid in the Bay Area ONLY About the Role We are seeking a highly creative Visual Designer who is passionate about emerging technology and visual storytelling. In this role, you will design compelling presentation experiences for leadership that showcase next‑generation wearable products and concepts. You will be part of an innovative incubator team shaping long‑term product vision and influencing future investment decisions. Responsibilities Design visually impactful presentation decks for executive and C‑suite audiences Translate complex product concepts into engaging visual narratives Collaborate closely with product designers to develop conceptual experiences and use‑case vignettes Create motion‑driven storytelling elements that bring future product experiences to life Partner across teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in storytelling and design execution Contribute to forward‑looking concepts representing product experiences 5‑10 years into the future Required Skills & Experience Strong experience designing high‑quality presentation decks (Google Slides or equivalent) Proven ability to collaborate closely with product design teams Expertise in motion design and visual storytelling Proficiency with design and creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Ability to communicate abstract or conceptual ideas through compelling visuals Experience working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments with shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI‑powered design tools and workflows Background in conceptual or speculative design work Agency or innovation lab experience What Makes You a Great Fit Innovative designer who thrives on exploring emerging technologies Strong storytelling instincts and ability to simplify complex ideas visually Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback Balance creativity with precision to deliver polished, executive‑ready work Work Environment Hybrid work model with 2‑3 days onsite per week in Burlingame, CA Highly collaborative environment working alongside product design teams Occasional travel may be required, primarily to Seattle Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA Pay and Benefits Pay range: $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
