Front Office Supervisor – DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport Job Number: HOT0CKFI Work Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, 18740 International Blvd, Seattle, WA 98188 Classification: Full time Shift Pattern: Full availability for various shifts, including overnight shifts as needed Hourly Rate: Probationary rate $25.53; after 90 days $27.95 Responsibilities Assign work and supervise team performance in all Front Office procedures: guest check‑in/out, lobby traffic, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, room rate determination. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly, efficient manner. Support team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving complaints. Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members. Monitor, observe and evaluate team member performance. Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly. Ensure completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Qualifications & Attributes Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong leadership skills.
