Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Position Overview Thriveworks is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in Short Pump, Virginia to deliver a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. The role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week of availability. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and child therapy sessions via telehealth and in‑person appointments. See 25+ sessions per week, with no‑show protection and caseload build within 90 days. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing in accordance with state regulations. Collaborate with the clinical community through peer consultation and professional development. Participate in clinical leadership or supervisory roles as desired. Qualifications Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Virginia. Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Strong character, integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care. Compensation Up to $103,600 annually, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
