Replenishment Category Manager

In this national, strategic role, you will drive replenishment planning for multiple categories, support merchandising, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels. Main Responsibilities Lead replenishment planning activities for a group of categories, supporting national merchandising strategy. Create, update, and present national volume plans to national category directors (NCDs) and secure feedback. Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and suppliers; participate in regular strategic sessions and provide supplier metrics. Support NCDs in cost negotiations and performance improvement initiatives. Participate in cross‑functional meetings to provide strategic support on category planning and execution. Collaborate with the Replenishment Category Directors to surface supplier performance insights and cost‑to‑serve opportunities. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in replenishment and supply chain. Experience : 3+ years in multiple facets of supply chain (retail operations, buying, logistics, manufacturing). Deep expertise in selected categories and strong replenishment knowledge. Experience with inventory and order management, supplier buying, negotiation, and issue resolution. Demonstrated strategic thinking and proactive improvement mindset. Strong presentation, communication, change‑management, and persuasion skills. Data‑driven decision making; advanced MS Office and supply‑chain systems proficiency. Preferred: Albertsons division experience, distribution‑center operations, demand planning/forecasting, grocery industry knowledge. Travel : Less than 10%. Benefits Competitive wages paid weekly.
