About the Role: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator delivers exceptional, patient-centered care while coordinating all unit functions. Working closely with our management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing practices in accordance with established protocols. In this role, you will support staff by serving as a resource, and enhance the patient experience. Responsibilities: Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions. Partnering with subject matter experts and the leadership team to drive improved outcomes and service quality. Providing coaching, feedback, and training to foster staff performance and engagement. Helping with staff scheduling to optimize unit operations. Qualifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. NIH Stroke Scale certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure. Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is required.
