LVN – Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PM Shift) Location: Anaheim, CA Hourly Salary: $28–$33 Job Summary Maxim Healthcare Services in Orange County, CA seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to lead patient care for pediatric private‑duty patients in home settings. The LVN will apply the nursing process, coordinate care, and assist other staff in patient care management. Nurses experienced with G‑tube, tracheostomy and ventilator management are encouraged to apply. Multiple cases are available for mornings, afternoons, overnights, and weekends. Responsibilities Deliver individualized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to the care plan. Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and progress. Provide support with tracheostomy care, G‑tube feedings, seizure precautions, and ventilator management when applicable. Support patients with activities of daily living and bedtime routines. Communicate effectively with families, the care team, and Maxim clinical supervisors. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the evening shift. Qualifications Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state where the nurse practices. Current health certificate as required by the facility. Current PPD or Chest X‑ray. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card. Preferred: at least one year of prior LVN experience.
