While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.**We Take Care of Our Team****This position offers:*** ### Starting at **$17.50/hr**, progressing through scheduled increases to **$26.00/hr**, with a **maximum rate of $37.40+** by 2031.* ### **Shift Premiums:** Afternoon and Midnight shifts receive a **7.5% premium**.* ### **Paid Holidays:** Average of **16 per year.**### **Benefits Include:*** ### **Profit Sharing:** Eligibility for annual company profit sharing.* ### **C.O.L.A.(Cost Of Living Adjustment):** Currently $0.26/hr increase and recalculated quarterly.* ### **401(k) Company Match:** Company match of 75% on a maximum of 8% contribution.
