Overview Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing comprehensive health, human, housing, educational, and cultural services to diverse communities, especially serving Latinos in Washington State. The organization offers over 90 medical, dental, behavioral health, and other community services. Position Summary This role requires a skilled Phlebotomist / X‑Ray Technician to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, EKGs, spirometry, and limited‑scope X‑ray procedures. The technician supports patient diagnostics and treatment, ensuring accurate testing, high‑quality patient care, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and lab testing with accurate specimen processing. Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing, ensuring proper calibration and documentation. Perform routine limited‑scope X‑ray procedures (extremities, chest, etc.). Maintain QC/QA logs, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Communicate results to providers and coordinate with clinical staff. Follow CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and Sea Mar safety protocols. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. WA State DOH Phlebotomy & X‑Ray Technician credentials required. Certification in Phlebotomy; X‑ray certification preferred. 1+ year clinical or hospital experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong customer service and attention to detail. Benefits Starting wage: $21.96 per hour. Work schedule: Monday – Friday (schedule may be adjusted as needed).
