DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a Test Technician Assembler in Chelmsford, MA. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
- Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
- Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
Job Details and Qualifications:
- Must be US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- 4/10 Work Week
- 1st Shift; Full-Time (M-TH) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; with possibility for Overtime
- $24.00/hr.
- Duration: 6/22/2026-12/31/2026
- Non-Exempt
- Contract Position
- Worker will work Onsite Full Time
MANDATORY:
- Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
- Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
- Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
