Job Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Oversee material deliveries and manage inventory at the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports to track project milestones and performance metrics.
• Mentor and guide team members to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
