IT Support Administrator: Endpoint Pro (Okta, Intune)

TEKsystems in Chicago, IL is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide Tier 1 and 2 service desk support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. You will manage user provisioning via Okta, deploy devices with Intune, and support Apple devices using JAMF. The role requires experience with ServiceNow/Jira/Freshworks ticketing systems, strong customer service skills, and the ability to support executives in a hybrid environment.
