Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Location: Farmer City, IL

Job Summary:

Haven of Farmer City LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. As a Registered Nurse at Haven of Farmer City, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting : Provide high-quality care to our residents, using your skills and expertise to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed : Safely and effectively administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as directed by physicians and facility policies.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans : Use your clinical skills to assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans, ensuring continuity of care and communication with interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams : Work closely with our healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) : Mentor and guide CNAs to ensure they provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies : Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and facility policies, ensuring compliance and maintaining a high-quality care environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license required : Ensure you are licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program : Have a strong educational foundation in nursing, from an accredited program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred : Have experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work every other weekend : Be flexible and willing to work every other weekend to support our 24/7 care operations.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills : Possess excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills to provide high-quality care and manage complex situations.
