Job Summary:

Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatments to restore, maintain, or improve patient mobility and function. Work in various healthcare settings to support patients of all ages, collaborating with healthcare teams to promote recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients to determine their needs, movement limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
  
  
• 
  Develop and execute customized treatment plans based on assessments, physician orders, and clinical judgment.
  
  
• 
  Document all patient interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately in medical records.
  
  
• 
  Supervise and delegate treatment tasks to PTAs and support staff, ensuring supervision responsibility.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, and preventive care strategies.
  
  
• 
  Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery and outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid physical therapy license and graduate from an accredited university with a bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in physical therapy.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate successful completion of all required fieldwork and clinical placements.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit proficiency in physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least one year of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
  
  
• 
  Display strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
