This is a critical position that is expected to display and maintain the utmost in professionalism at all times. Responsible for all lobby functions including answering & directing calls, taking/forwarding messages, receiving guests & notifying internal employees of their arrival & keeping lobby clean, organized & well maintained. The ideal candidate must be polished with skilled customer service abilities and feel comfortable in a corporate environment with a formal business professional dress code.
