What You'll Do
As a Licensed Account Representative, you'll play an important role in growing the agency while providing outstanding service to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and relationship-building.
• Educate customers on insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families.
• Cross-sell additional products to meet customers' evolving insurance needs.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general account servicing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Meet individual sales goals while contributing to overall agency success.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
