Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average first-year earnings: $150K-$200K - uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top performers earn: $300K+. Location: Hybrid work schedule in Cherry Hill NJ.

As a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What you'll do:

Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
Present financing options and close sales
Build lasting customer relationships
Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred, not required
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Weekend availability (6 days/week)
Industry experience is a plus
