Warehouse Specialist I

We are looking for a capable Warehouse Specialist to support our company's warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and perform various warehouse activities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Unload trucks and receive in inventory
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Utilize a Production Report and work closely with Customer Service to ensure timely shipments.
• Organize warehouse space
• Work with transportation contacts for all shipments as well as brokers for international shipments
• Responsible for light configuration of some product.
• Assists in all matters of facilities maintenance, safety, and upkeep.

• Ability to lift heavy boxes
• Prior experience and strong knowledge of shipping protocols
• Strong organizational skills
• Good business judgment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a complete manner
• Ability to proactively anticipate needs
• Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
• Working knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, and shipping programs such as Fedex and UPS. Ability to learn new programs such as Microsoft Dynamics AX
• High School degree or equivalent
