Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care in a residential setting. The LPN is responsible for administering medications, assessing residents' physical status daily, assisting with physician visits, and documenting care accurately. They develop and implement healthcare plans as part of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and participate in team meetings and reviews. The role excludes inserting nasogastric tubes or obtaining physician orders. Qualifications Include Graduation from a recognized one-year practical nursing program with current Pennsylvania registration. At least one year of experience in an acute care or related setting. Knowledge of professional standards, current nursing trends, and effective communication skills. Ability to document care comprehensively and establish positive working relationships. Required clearances and a valid driver's license.
