Are you an experienced Material Handler looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow? We're seeking a Material Handler II to join our expanding warehouse team! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running safely, efficiently, and accurately while working with industry-leading equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

As our facility continues to grow from a team of 10 employees to 75 employees , you'll have the chance to grow your career with a company that believes in promoting from within .

✅ Ensure all distribution activities meet internal quality standards

✅ Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment

✅ Read and follow work orders, pick lists, and operating instructions

✅ Operate warehouse equipment after completing required training, including:

• Pallet Jack
• Rider Jack
• Stand-Up Forklift
• Order Picker
• Turret Truck
• Reach Truck
• Forklift (5,000+ lb capacity)

✅ Load and unload materials from:

• Pallets
• Shelving
• Racks
• Trucks and trailers

✅ Secure shipments using strapping, bracing, and padding to prevent damage during transit

✅ Count, weigh, and accurately record inventory movements on production documentation

✅ Support daily warehouse operations while maintaining efficiency and accuracy

✔️ Experience operating a sit-down forklift

✔️ Strong math skills, including the ability to:

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

✔️ Excellent problem-solving abilities

✔️ Ability to read, understand, and complete forms, checklists, and production documents

✔️ Dependable attendance and punctuality

✅ Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills

✅ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Shift Differentials Available - Earn additional pay for select shifts!

1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM +$1.50/hour shift differential

Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM +$3.00/hour shift differential

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Jefferson, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
