A NOC Imaging Technician is to provision and stage endpoint and network hardware, maintain documentation and inventory, and manage shipping and receiving. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at our headquarters location in Melville, NY. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Provision new PC’s/Tablets/Thin Clients Stage and baseline servers/firewalls/switches and other network equipment Update and verify documentation of hardware configurations Process inventory Handle shipping/receiving Requirements Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Knowledge of basic subnetting Knowledge of OSI Model Positive, motivated learner with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail Customer‑service mindset focused on reliability and user experience A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!) Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, documentation‑first approach Comfortable following standard operating procedures for imaging, deployments, and supporting workflow with suggestions for improvement Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability in resolving issues Ability to multitask and prioritize issues based on severity and SLA impact Likes to have fun and laugh with a great team #ZR #J-18808-Ljbffr
