ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member for Julie Francis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
• Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
• Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
• Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

DESIRED QUALITIES INCLUDE:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
• Detail oriented & able to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to obtain applicable licensing requirements.
