Physical Therapy Assistant

Hebrew SeniorLife, a Harvard Medical School–affiliated nonprofit, seeks a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide per diem rehabilitative care for older adults in a long-term care setting. Working under the direction of licensed physical therapists, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility and balance training, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and support a culture of dignity, safety, and inclusion while advancing best practices in aging services.
