Customer Service Assistant

To be considered for an open position, employees must: Have worked for Ascot for at least 12 months and or/in their current position for at least 12 months (any exceptions require HR approval) Have discussed the desire to apply for the position with their direct manager Be an employee in good standing and must not have been subject to disciplinary action in the last 12 months Meet the minimum job requirements to perform the essential functions of the position Job Summary: Ascot is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our customer service phone number as well as other essential administrative duties. Responsibilities include answering and supporting incoming customer service calls, locating claim information in various Ascot programs, and directing callers to the appropriate adjuster or department. The position also assists with sorting and assigning Workers’ Compensation mail, and supporting our mailroom as needed. Duties also include organizing incoming checks to ensure timely processing. This role helps maintain smooth daily operations and supports the overall efficiency of the team. This role will be an in office position.
