If you enjoy working hard in a fast-paced environment, then join our growing team.Flexible Opportunity – We are open to part-time or full-time schedules for the right candidate.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers by delivering exceptional serviceProvide product knowledge and guidance to support customer purchasing decisionsCommunicate with customers via phone and email to answer questions and process ordersShare accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information to support salesPrepare bids and estimates and enter orders accurately into the systemAssist with order management and accounts receivable follow-up as neededSupport overall store operations and complete other tasks as assignedWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent (some college in business preferred)Previous sales experience, preferably in construction or building materialsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationshipsOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to support store needsKnowledge of building materials, including special order doors and windows, is a plusValid Driver's LicenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyResults-oriented with the ability to support store operations with humility and serve as a steward of Nation’s Best valuesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexibleStrong interpersonal skills with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceWhat’s It Like To Work for Nation’s Best?Teamwork: All of our positions, in all of our stores, are hands-on.
