Construction Logistics & Proposal Analysis Coordinator

Botero Homes LLC | Northern Virginia

Botero Homes LLC is seeking a highly organized and analytical Construction Logistics & Proposal Analysis Coordinator to support our custom luxury home construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate construction materials, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules.
Review and analyze subcontractor bids, proposals, and cost breakdowns.
Compare pricing, scope of work, labor, and material costs.
Identify discrepancies, exclusions, and potential additional costs.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and vendors.
Maintain procurement schedules and construction documentation.
Assist management with cost analysis and purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

Construction industry experience in logistics, estimating, procurement, or project coordination.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction documentation.
Ability to understand construction drawings and subcontractor scope of work.
Experience with custom residential construction is preferred.
