They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan for each shift, monitor performance, enforce safety, security, and profitability standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years (or older) required for managerial positions.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and enthusiasm for a fast‑paced work environment.
