Snapshot: Rate of pay: $26.00 per hour Contract assignment through the end of 2026 100% remote (cannot reside in CA, NY, AK, or HI) Schedule: Will be assigned an 8-hour shift Monday-Sunday from 7:00am to 10:00pm CST. Must have ability to work OT as needed No time off allowed October-December due to AEP

What's a typical day as a Medicare Sales Agent? You'll be: Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets by delivering high-quality sales presentations and closing sales effectively. Handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat leads to support business needs as necessary. Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to guide conversations and conduct needs analyses using consultative selling skills.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of 2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Maintain an active Health, Accident & (Life preferred) resident license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Are proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook.
