Key Account Manager Wind Energy/Buildings (all genders)

The company develops and delivers specialised solutions for safety‑critical applications and supports national and international projects in a dynamic growth market. Industry: Electrical Engineering / Infrastructure / Renewable Energy Location: Lower Saxony, Germany, remote Responsibilities Develop and expand national and international customer relationships within the wind energy and building sectors Take responsibility for technically demanding key accounts and complex project business Drive business development activities and identify new market opportunities, customers and application areas Support projects from initial customer inquiry through to successful implementation Work closely with engineering, product development and senior management Actively contribute to the development and expansion of a growing business area Analyse market and customer requirements and derive new solution approaches Coordinate internal and external stakeholders in an international project environment Represent the company at customer meetings, partner events, trade fairs and industry conferences Profile Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical qualification Several years of experience in technical sales, key account management, project business and/or business development Proven track record in selling technically sophisticated and consultative solutions Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into sustainable business solutions Experience working with technical departments and cross‑functional project teams Ideally, experience within wind energy, electrical engineering, building technologies, infrastructure projects or the distribution of technical components Strong communication skills, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset Business fluent German and English language skills High willingness to travel nationally and internationally Opportunity Strategically important position with direct reporting line to senior management High degree of autonomy and short decision‑making processes within a medium‑sized organisation International projects in a technologically demanding growth market Opportunity to actively shape and develop new business areas Close collaboration with technical departments and high visibility across the organisation Flexible working arrangements and an international working environment Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
