CNC Programmer

Position - CNC Programmer

Job Location - Ixonia, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Direct Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (5:00am - 3:30pm)

Starting Pay - Depends on Experience, $75-$90K Annually

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience - At least 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• CNC Programming

• CNC Machinist duties

• Create Standard set-up documentation

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, set-up

• Program Haas machines

• Train new hires/Cross train existing employees

• Responsible for departmental quality output

• Manage labor reports daily/weekly

• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions

• Proper handling of measurement tools

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required

• Associate degree preferred

• Functional experience in a department (CNC machining/Steel fabrication)

• Train/mentor others

• Formal Training in supervision preferred

• Lean training preferred

• Strong computer skills preferred

• Programming experience

• Experience in both Job shop (low volume/ high mix) and Production (high volume

/low mix) business models

• Servant leader type supervisory style
