Sales Representative

Job Description If you are a Sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! You will play a key role in driving our growth and building strong relationships with customers across the food, logistics, and technology industries. The role includes growing an inherited book of business and finding new business opportunities through cold outreach. It is part of a collaborative sales organization that works closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional service and results. Key Responsibilities Initiate sales process by researching and qualifying leads Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders Facilitate demo presentation with industry suppliers and buyers Regularly update CRM with critical lead and opportunity data to enable accurate revenue forecasting and measurement of key objectives Ensure account retention and maintenance Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential Perform other duties as assigned Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field Competency with Microsoft Office suite Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this position Preferred Education, Experience & Skills 1–3 years of experience Experience in food retail, logistics, or the software/technology industry Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements This role is hybrid‑eligible, requiring presence in the office at least three days per week and traveling 2–4 times per year. The ideal location is based out of St. Louis, MO; Kennesaw, GA; or Sidney, OH. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration‑first mindset and flexibility to adjust hybrid days based on business needs.
