Our client is one of the most reputable general contractors in the Midwest with strong client relationships, and a reputation for high quality on all of their builds. They are looking to expand into the Indianapolis market, with that they are seeking a motivated Superintendent to work closely with leadership as they establish their culture, set their pipeline, and build out their team. Our client has already established a pipeline local to the Indianapolis area through the next 3 years, and they are looking to continue rapidly growing setting themselves up to be one of the premier general contractors in the state.

Job Description

• Serve as the on-site field leader, present daily
• Collaborate directly with clients throughout all phases of construction
• Support the launch and growth of the Indianapolis division
• Participate in preconstruction planning and coordination
• Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Maintain daily logs and upload site photos using Procore
• Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day
• Create and manage a 3-6 week look-ahead schedule
• Develop and implement daily and weekly site plans and procedures

The Successful Applicant

• 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent
• $20M+ ground up experience
• Client facing, able to manage client relationships
• Knowledge of the Indianapolis market
• Willingness to mentor younger staff
• Willingness to self perform on projects
