Schedule/Hours:

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop effective care plans
• Respond promptly and efficiently to patient needs or emergencies
• Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment plans
• Assist with daily living activities as needed to support patient comfort and recovery
