Install home services, including attic remediation, crawl‑space encapsulation, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency. Operate a company vehicle safely and keep the vehicle and equipment clean. Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction. Serve as a problem‑solver for customers by applying in‑depth training to decide on the most efficient pest solution for each need. Complete all required service‑related documentation and use the handheld device provided for speed and accuracy. Requirements Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen. Physical ability to safely use a ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions. Qualifications Detail‑oriented Dedicated, with loyalty or integrity Loyal and a team player Self‑starter Respect for job security and goal completion Education High School/GED or better. Experience Less than 1 year experience in a field role (independent or team). Familiarity with working indoors and outdoors during extreme weather.
