Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics $115,000 Remote (East Coast Hours) Marketing Analytics & Media The Organization A leading analytics-focused marketing organization is hiring a Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics to support a growing portfolio of client partnerships. The company specializes in helping brands make smarter business decisions through measurement, data strategy, performance analytics, and actionable insights. The Role The Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics will be responsible for transforming marketing and performance data into strategic recommendations that drive client growth. Working across multiple accounts, you will help stakeholders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions should be taken next. You will serve as a key analytics leader, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners while helping to develop and elevate the broader analytics function. Responsibilities include: • Leading analytics and insights delivery across a portfolio of client accounts • Building reporting frameworks that measure performance and support business objectives • Uncovering trends, opportunities, and performance drivers across marketing initiatives • Delivering strategic recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes • Turning complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders • Partnering with client services, planning, activation, and technology teams to support decision-making • Managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously • Supporting client-facing conversations and presenting insights to senior stakeholders • Coaching and developing junior analytics team members • Driving best practices across reporting, quality assurance, and analytics operations The Requirements • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, customer insights, business intelligence, or performance analytics • Experience leading projects and mentoring analysts or junior team members • Strong experience building dashboards and recurring reporting solutions • Has worked with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data platforms • Utilized Funnel.io or comparable data integration technologies • Has worked with Tableau or similar BI and visualization tools • Ability to connect data findings to broader business and marketing objectives • Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders or client accounts • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, media measurement, or marketing effectiveness methodologies preferred • Experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-facing environment preferred • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Salary & Benefits • $115,000 base salary • Fully remote opportunity supporting East Coast hours • Opportunity to lead high-impact analytics initiatives • Exposure to sophisticated marketing measurement and performance analytics projects • Leadership and mentorship responsibilities • Clear opportunities for long-term career growth How To Apply Interested candidates should apply via LinkedIn Easy Apply .
