This company manufactures lightweight adhesive products, masking materials, and protective components used in the automotive industry. If you have experience operating die cutting machines, processing PVC tape, and performing quality inspections, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer with long-term career potential. ## Die Cutter Operator Responsibilities As a Die Cutter Operator, you will: - Operate precision die cutting machines to cut PVC tape, foam, paper, and other adhesive materials into customer specifications. - Manufacture masking and protective products used during the automotive paint process. - Set up, operate, and monitor die cutting equipment for safe and efficient production. - Adjust kiss-cut (half-cut) settings to ensure product quality. - Load raw materials and remove finished products from production equipment. - Perform quality inspections to verify dimensions and product specifications. - Maintain accurate production standards while meeting quality expectations. - Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. - Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned. ## Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: - Previous experience operating die cutting machines in a manufacturing or production environment. - Experience processing PVC tape or similar adhesive materials. - Familiarity with kiss-cut (half-cut) adjustments. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. - A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. - Excellent attendance, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude. ## Schedule - 1st Shift - Monday-Friday - 7:00 AM-3:30 PM ## Pay & Benefits $15.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay Affordable health insurance options Paid holidays and paid time off (when eligible) 401(k) retirement plan Employee referral bonus program Temp-to-hire :::
