Bartender
Concourse Bowling Center – Anaheim, CA
Concourse Bowling Center is looking for an experienced, personable Bartender to serve up great drinks and keep the energy going for bowlers, party groups, and late-night guests.
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with guests, make recommendations, and deliver a great bar experience
- Monitor guest consumption and serve responsibly in compliance with ABC regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift
- Process drink orders and payments accurately
- Coordinate with cafe and floor staff during events and high-volume nights
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required
- Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques
- Must have a valid California alcohol service certification (RBS)
- Must have a valid California food handler certificate
- Fast, accurate, and composed during high-volume rushes
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
We are looking for someone who knows their way around a bar, reads the room well, and keeps guests coming back for another round.
