Customer Operations Manager

Job Description

Join Hertz as a Customer Operations Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading a high-performing team. You'll oversee daily airport operations, coach frontline employees, drive revenue growth, and create a culture of accountability and engagement.

Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually and company vehicle

What You'll Do

Lead daily customer and operational activities.
Coach, develop, and inspire frontline teams.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
Drive sales of value-added products and services.
Improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
Support recruiting, training, and employee development.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of leadership, customer service, or operations experience.
Hospitality, travel, retail, or car rental experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate teams.
High School Diploma required.
