• CPM plus monthly performance bonus Western freight reliability and consistent route planning give CDL-A truck drivers a dependable regional position with weekly earnings of $1,475 to $1,575 and regular home time every 7-10 days. CDL-A Driver Position Overview:
• Weekly pay ranging from $1,475 to $1,575
• Home every 7-10 days with a 34-48 hour reset
• 100% no-touch dry van freight with 90% drop and hook
• Pet and rider policy available Drivers are paid CPM plus a monthly performance bonus while hauling no-touch dry van freight. With 90% of loads being drop and hook, the freight setup limits driver handling and helps keep time on the road focused on driving. Equipment: Our drivers operate Peterbilt 579 trucks from 2019 or newer. Each truck is equipped with:
• 1500-watt inverters and refrigerators for added comfort and convenience
• Automatic transmission for ease of operation Benefits:

• Vacation pay for well-deserved time off Online orientation helps streamline the onboarding process. A rental car and hotel room are provided for travel to the road test location, and physicals can be completed locally for added convenience. To qualify for this position: Candidates must have a Class A CDL with at least 3 months of recent experience within the last three years and a valid DOT medical physical.
