Homeless Education Records Manager

Responsible for managing all records for homeless students in Infinite Campus.

This position reports to the Coordinator of Homeless Education. This is a federal grant funded position.

Job responsibilities include:

• Receiving, organizing, and accurately uploading documents into student records and completing updates to homeless status in Infinite Campus.
• Maintaining various logs, reports, and data to track the identification of homeless student enrollment for state reporting.
• Facilitating the submission of requests and working with schools to provide completed records for homeless students.
• Serving as receptionist for Homeless Education Department.
• Maintaining inventory records for Homeless Education Department.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Job requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience in an office/clerical environment and proficiency with Infinite Campus required.
• Makes recommendations to improve data processing in the Homeless Education Department. The ability to work independently.
• Moderate level of judgment required.
• Requires regular, frequent contact with employees of all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Occasional contact with external personnel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Microsoft Office and Infinite Campus are required. Tyler Munis is preferred.
• May require travel to off-site training locations and school site visits.

Note: This is a grade 17, 225 day position that pays for experience up to a Step 4.
