Overview Ledcor Technical Services has been building and servicing communication networks for customers across North America since 1979. Utilizing our broad expertise and experience, we customize solutions to best meet our client’s needs and act as a key partner for our clients by delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and safety in all that we do. Responsibilities Design fiber optic and copper OSP networks for projects such as FTTH deployments and commercial developments. Work with power company and design power route and one‑line schematics. Manage growth and sustainment of existing networks, including relocations and infrastructure changes. Perform quality control, field checks, and interpret OSP records. Create system designs, BOMs, and provide construction quotes. Conduct site walks for data collection and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Adapt within a dynamic work environment. Qualifications Education: College, Trade, or Technical Diploma (preferably civil, electrical/telecommunications, GIS). Experience: 3+ years in OSP telecommunications or related field using AutoCAD. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam, Adobe. GIS is a plus. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to interpret construction documents and collaborate effectively. Work Conditions Office‑based (90%) with occasional travel. The role will begin as a remote (work‑from‑home) position and will transition to a full‑time, in‑office role based in Florence, Kentucky once the new location is operational.
