Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology? Mosaic Technologies is looking for a high-energy Residential Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets for products and services that help residential customers stay connected and secure. Please note that this position requires full-time, on-site presence in our Cameron, WI office. Duties & Responsibilities Promote and sell company products and services using a consultative approach with new and existing customers in-person, over the phone, door-to-door, and at community events Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate new leads and achieve individual sales targets Proactively recommend solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Assist in-person and over the phone customers with service and billing inquiries, adjustments, and all data entry for service-related needs Accurately and timely enter all necessary information required for service plan orders and changes Participate in company and community events, some of which may occur outside of normal working hours Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one year of sales and/or customer service experience is required Excellent computer skills Experience working in a call center, selling at community events, door-to-door and/or other high-performance sales and customer service experience is highly preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset Experience working with customer database software is preferred Prior experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus Benefits We are a local cooperative that has been connecting people via voice, video, and internet for over 65 years Our steady, strategic growth revolves around a commitment to quality Safety is our number one priority for all positions Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), a generous amount of PTO, and discounted services begin on day one of employment FREE Mosaic services!
