LEASING CONSULTANT – BE THE HEART OF OUR COMMUNITY Job Details: Location: CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA 95610 Position: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary: $20.00–$21.00 Base + Commission/month Travel: Negligible Shift: Day Category: Sales Responsibilities Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home. Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our beautiful, move‑in‑ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm. Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community. Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with the team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top‑note. Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases so they can’t imagine living elsewhere. Qualifications Out‑going, positive, and full of personality; make everyone feel welcome. Natural at building relationships and earning trust. Customer service‑savvy with an eye for sales. Thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proven ability to meet goals and deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. Previous property management **or** leasing/sales experience required. Understanding of sales techniques and processes. Benefits Competitive Pay + Commissions – Earn $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly. Full‑Time Flexibility – Work busy days including Friday, Saturday, and occasional Sunday/holiday. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan (auto‑enrolled after 60 days). 40 hours vacation in first year and sick leave per state requirements. Holiday pay for eligible employees. Physical Requirements Must work on heavy traffic days (Friday, Saturday, Sundays on an as‑needed basis) and holidays during peak hours. General office environment; ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
