What will you do? A day in the life of an Operations Coordinator at Milked Media is a mix of client coordination, project management, and hands-on support across the whole team. You'll report to our Project Manager and work closely with our account managers, strategists, and designers to keep every account moving.

Why this role matters: As we grow, you're the reason nothing slips. You'll keep clients on schedule, keep our systems organized, and free up our strategists to focus on strategy.

Let's break that down a bit more: Client Coordination Manage day-to-day coordination for a set of client accounts, including approvals, asset requests, calendar details, and meeting reminders

Follow up on missing assets and upcoming deadlines with clear, warm, professional communication

Project & Workflow Management Create and manage Trello cards so every deliverable has an owner and a due date

Organize and maintain client and internal Google Drive folders

Support our Project Manager with operational projects and process improvements

Client Onboarding Assist in coordinating onboarding logistics for new clients, from setup checklists to folders, access, and kickoff scheduling

Implementation & Data Build and launch ads and emails in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Klaviyo, following direction from our strategists

Input and maintain data in our internal reporting dashboards

Internal Marketing Help create content for Milked Media's own marketing channels

Opportunity to support new business and prospecting as the role grows

What do you need to succeed? We're looking for someone with the skills to make an impact and the mindset to grow with us.

Required Skills & Experience 1–2 years in a coordination, operations, or marketing role (agency or ecommerce a plus; internships count)

Extremely detail-oriented. You double-check your work, catch small mistakes before they reach a client, and take pride in getting things right the first time

Highly organized with impeccable follow-up

Clear, professional, and friendly written communication

Able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping anything

Comfortable in Google Workspace, especially Sheets

Interest in ecommerce fashion, beauty, jewelry, and/or home brands

Preferred Skills Experience with Trello or a similar project management tool

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, or Shopify

Comfortable using AI tools and automations to streamline repetitive work

Previous agency experience
