Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager with the Mitch Velgersdyk State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while overseeing high-quality customer service operations. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, directing phone traffic, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, claim submissions and billing clarification. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chanhassen, MN at the Mitch Velgersdyk State Farm Agency. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and/or Customer Satisfaction Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and address customer needs effectively Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve customer service processes Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Competitive Salary plus commission/bonus 401k matching Health insurance stipend Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
